Returns
a) What is the Return Policy?

As of May 19 2020, we have opened our doors and un-paused our return and exchange policy.
We will be accepting returns and exchanges for items purchased between March 2 and May 18 2020, until June 2, 2020. All other return policies still apply

In-Store Purchases: We will refund or echange most items within 14 days of purchase. Your reciept is required for any return.

On-Line Orders: We will refund most items within 14 days of order delivery. Simply email us at info@campstore.com. Include your name, your order number and what you would like to return, and we will issue you a return authorization and instructions. This will ensure that there is no confusion or problems with your return

Orders placed On-Line to Be Picked up in store: We will refund most items within 14 days of the Pick-Up notice being sent out (Not the day you pick up the order). Simply email us at info@campstore.com. Include your name, your order number and what you would like to return, and we will issue you a return authorization and instructions. This will ensure that there is no confusion or problems with your return


    - As Always, please email us first for a Return Authorization number for all On-Line returns. No Drop-offs will be accepted without a valid RA# -

  • All custom items (Name labels, personalized duffels), clearance items (On sale for 40% off or more), or personal items (Socks, underwear, swimsuits) are Final Sale - no returns or exchanges will be allowed for these items.
  • All returned items must be with original packaging, un-used, and in re-saleable condition.
  • We will not accept C.O.D. packages. All packages arriving C.O.D. will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
  • Any package shipped without a clearly marked Return Authorization may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns/refunds. If your return is coming from the U.S., any duty must be prepaid and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will only be issued in the form original payment was made. In the case of a credit or debit card, it must be the same card as the purchas.

b) What Items are considered 'Final Sale?'
 

When an Item is marked 'Final Sale' that means it is an item that we can not accept as a return or for exchange. We make an effort to ensure that all Final Sale items are clearly indicated, but sometimes information is unclear or there can be human or technical errors. In all such cases, we adhere to the following rules regarding items which cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Any item sold as 'Clearance' or that is otherwise on-sale for a discount of 40% or more.
  • Any Item which has been customized – Name Tags, hot pressed items.
  • Any garment of a personal nature – Underwear, Socks, Swimsuits.
c) How do I Return unwanted items?
  If an item does not fit, if you decide against the colour or is simply something that you have changed your mind on, email us at info@campstore.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return for refund. We will issue you a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. When we receive your shipment, we will refund the product in full. The item must be in resale-able condition - ie. with all original packaging, un-used and un-marred.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns/refunds. If your return is coming from the U.S., any duty must be prepaid and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

d) I made a purchase on-line, Can I return it in-store?
 

If you have ordered an Item on-line, but would find it more convenient to make a return in person at our Lawrence Ave. Location, we can accommodate you!

If you are looking for a quick exchange, simply bring it in with your packing slip and our Sales Staff will be glad to help you out.

If you would like to return your item in-store for a refund, please email us first (info@campstore.com) for a Return Authorization number. Include your order number and the item(s) you are looking to return. We'll send you a Return Authorization Number. Bring your return item(s) and Return Authorization Number to the store. One of our Staff will accept the return, and it will be processed in 1-2 business days. You will recieve an email confirmation when the order has been processed.

e) Something in my order was incorrect or damaged!
  If your order arrives but is not correct, if it is damaged or if one of your products is found to have a manufacturer's defect, contact us by e-mail at info@campstore.com and tell us about the problem. We may ask you for more information or to email us a picture. We will work with you to solve the problem in the simplest, most common sense fashion.

In any case where we deem the problem to be a manufacturing or shipping/packing error and we ask you to return the item, you will not be required to cover the cost of shipping.
