On-line you will find coloured pictures of most of our products as well as detailed descriptions of each item. | What happens once I place my order on-line? | ||||||||||||||
| When your order is received, it will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive email notification with a confirmation of your order and shipping charges. If there are any problems or if we have any questions about your order you will receive either a phone call or an email. The order will then be shipped. You may also receive a phone call or email as part of our On-Line Fraud Prevention program. This is for your protection as well as ours, and we apologize if it causes any inconveneince. | How long will it take to get my order? | ||||||||||||||

We ship all orders using Canada Post, or USPS in the United States. Most orders ship the next business day unless we are out of stock in an item/colur/size, or if there is a problem processing your order. When we ship your order, you will receive an email informing you that your package is on its way. The email will also contain a tracking number and instructions on how you can track your packages progress. Unless you have requested express shipping, orders which contain only Name Labels and/or Laundry Markers are shipped standard post, without tracking numbers. Thier delivery times are similar to times for expedited packages. Please note that all shipping times are estimates. We ship orders a quickly as possible, but Border Delays or remote locations are out of our control.

Sorry, no. It takes only a moment to ring in any order, and we do not have the space to store paid-for merchandise in a safe and responsible manner. Try calling before you make a trip to ensure we have an item in stock.

If what you receive is not exactly what you want, return it unused immediately with all the packing, purchase information, and your return address. Who do I contact about Charitable Donations to my Group or event?

Camp Connection is very active in the community, and likes to help out where we can. In the past we have worked with Mount Sinai Hospital, Leave Out Violence, and a number of other well known organisations. Currently we are donating all plastic bag funds to the David Suzuki Foundation, and we are working on our annual ‘Camp Rocks’ fundraiser. If you are looking for our support for your group, fund or charity please keep in mind that we receive a large volume of requests and can only do so much. Please submit all requests for charitable donations here, as the staff at our stores cannot accept your request in person. We will get back to you in short order - Thanks for thinking of us!

We'll not only meet that price, - we'll give you 10% of the difference as a credit to your purchase, just to thank you for bringing it to our attention! (For example, we sell an item for $100, and a competitor has the same item for $90, we will match the Competitors price, and then discount our item by 10% of the difference for a total discount of $11.00. The customer's price would then be $89.00) You will never pay more for an item when you shop with us! Can I order Hot pressing over the phone or on-line and pick it up when it is ready?

Sorry, no phone orders will be accepted for Hot pressing. We need a signed
or otherwise notarized proof of the work you would like done. We need
it in writing, and signed so both you and the staff understand what is
being ordered. This helps to prevent errors and keeps people happy in
the long run. If you would prefer to save a trip - you can order on-line
or via fax and we will ship the order directly to you. Sorry, no phone,
fax or web orders for pick up. |
