Campstore.com does not charge excessive handling fees for shipments. We charge the average amount of freight based on total cost of sale in Canadian Dollars. We tend to use regular post for the reason that they are both reliable and cost effective. If you need quicker delivery, please choose that option before you complete your checkout.

How do I return something?

• Unused items not to your liking: Return the goods within 21 days of purchase for exchange or refund. We will refund the product in full minus all freight charges.(The item must be postmarked within the 21 day period for us to accept the return, and must be in resale-able condition - ie. with all original packaging, un-used and um-marred.) If coming from the U.S., any duty must be prepaid and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Products found to have a manufacturer's defect: Contact us by e-mail at info@campstore.com or phone (866) 789-1944 and tell us all about the problem. We will work with you to solve the problem in the simplest, most common sense fashion. The solution may include returning the product to us, facilitating a local repair in your area, or some other accommodation that works for both of us. We have had products shipped all the way back to us at a high cost for a repair that any shoemaker or sewing shop could have done for $5.00. In that scenario the only "winner" was the freight company.
• To send back an item you must include the following:
  A copy of your receipt
  A note with your name, telephone number and address, as well as the reason for your return (ie. It didn't fit, I don't like the colour orange, etc.)
  ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE CLEARLY ADDRESSED AND MAILED TO:

How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be made over the secure server on the Internet by Visa or MasterCard. You may also mail or call in your order at (866) 789-1944, please have a credit card ready. In our store we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Interac ...sorry we do not accept cheques.

Can I place an order for pick-up?

Sorry, no. It takes only a moment to ring in any order, and we do not have the space to store paid-for merchandise in a safe and responsible manner. If you know when you are coming in, try calling the day of, or day before - we can probably set the items aside for you for a limited time.

Does Campstore.com accept international orders?

We currently ship to Canada and the United States but under special circumstances we would be happy to ship anywhere in the world.

Are the same items available on-line that you would find in your store?

The items that you find on-line do not include everything that we carry in the store. In time we hope that our entire inventory will be available on-line but for the time being, if you do not see what you are looking for please drop us an e-mail or give us a call.

Are your products guaranteed?

If what you receive is not exactly what you want, return it unused immediately with all the packing, purchase information, and your return address. We will exchange the item or issue a prompt refund - you choose! Items must be returned within the 21 day refund period.

Who do I contact about Charitable Donations to my Group or event?

Camp Connection is very active in the community, and likes to help out where we can. In the past we have worked with Mount Sinai Hospital, Leave Out Violence, and a number of other well known Organisations. That being said, we receive a large volume of requests and can only do so much. Please submit all requests for charitable donations here, as the staff at our stores cannot accept your request in person. We will get back to you in short order - Thanks for thinking of us!

Do you guarantee lower prices?

Camp Connection guarantees lower prices on everything we carry. Show us a lower advertised price from a legitimate, local competitor within 14 days of your purchase. We'll not only meet that price, - we'll beat it by 10% to thank you for bringing it to our attention. (For example, we sell an item for $100, and a competitor has the same item for $90, we will discount our item by $11.00. The customer's price would then be $89.00)

You will never pay more for an item when you shop with us!

Conditions:

For any item to qualify for a price comparison, it must be Identical. It must be from the same manufacturer, with the same part/sku number, and have equal specifications.

We require one of the following proofs: An original, current, dated advertisement, a dated register receipt, or a dated catalogue page for local competitors.

We can only beat prices for regularly stocked merchandise and not for special orders.

Our Lower Price Guarantee does not include: demo's or defective merchandise, restricted offers (Door crashers, final sale items, non-returnable merchandise, rebate/instant coupons, premiums/free/bonus offers, discontinued liquidations/clearances), or any special financing offers.

We do not price-compare items shipping from or purchased outside of Canada.

All comparisons will be made from our Membership price.

If we cannot verify information with the competitor, the offer becomes invalid.

Can I order Hot pressing over the phone or on-line and pick it up when it is ready?

Sorry, no phone orders will be accepted for Hot pressing. We need a signed or otherwise notarized proof of the work you would like done. We need it in writing, and signed so both you and the staff understand what is being ordered. This helps to prevent errors and keeps people happy in the long run. If you would prefer to save a trip - you can order on-line or via fax and we will ship the order directly to you. Sorry, no phone, fax or web orders for pick up.
