We are a store like no other... At Camp Connection our mission is to make our customer's shopping experience fun and enjoyable. We approach retail with an old-fashioned attitude toward service, product knowledge and value. We are progressive in the way we do things and pride ourselves in being problem solvers - welcoming challenges on a daily basis.

Our sales Associates are the key to our success. Although not a prerequisite, many of our staff have had extensive camp experience as both councilors and campers. They are individuals who enjoy working, love people, and are committed to continued growth.

We are always looking for full and part time staff to work in our busiest period - from April to August. We will fully train successful applicants - experience is not a huge concern. We pay an hourly wage, not commission, and our review structure is set up to allow for steady advancement within our organization.

We offer benefits to full time staff, and there is always room for periodic advancement within our organization for dedicated individuals. We are looking to open new locations and will need all of the experienced staff we can acquire.
